TYPE: A high gloss floor coating that has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. The product is formulated to exhibit exceptional weatherability and is ideal for interior and exterior concrete surfaces.

 

USE: For interior and exterior applications

SURFACE PREPARATION:

(For previously coated concrete floor)

Clean the surface thoroughly and remove grease, oil, wax and other foreign matters. For pre-painted surfaces, remove all paint film to bare substrate. If coating is still intact like epoxy coating, sand thoroughly to create anchor and ensure 100% inter-coat adhesion.

(For uncoated/new concrete floor)

Apply Hudson Industrial Epoxy Penetrating Sealer with 7:1 ratio on properly cleaned concrete floor.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :

1. For PRIMER, mix 3 parts Hudson Epoxy Primer with 1 part Hudson Epoxy Primer Catalyst, stir thoroughly  and wait for 15 to 30 minutes induction time  before application. Mixture may gel if not used within 8 hours. Add 25 % Epoxy reducer when the mixture become too viscous. Application can be done by brush or by roller. Let it dry overnight before topcoat application

 

2. For TOPCOAT, mix  3 parts Hudson Industrial Polyurethane Floor Kote Topcoat Color/Clear with 1 part Hudson 3900 Hudson Industrial Polyurethane Floor Kote Topcoat Catalyst.  Thin down the mixture with 50 % H-22020 PU Reducer. Mixture may gel if not used within 4 hours. Apply 2 to 3 coats as topcoat, allowing 3 to 5 hours in between coat to avoid wrinkling. For best result, recoating should be done overnight.

               

COVERAGE: 25 to 30 sq meter per 4 liter set per coat.

 

APPLICATION: By spray or fine brush/roller.

 

CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Not affected by most acids (except concentrated solutions and Hydrofluoric Acid), bases, gasoline, battery solutions , brake fluid, gasoline, motor oil, solvents , alcohols , thinners and flame.

 

PACKAGING:

Base  Part A: 3 liter full   and 3/4 liter full

Hardener Part B: 1 liter full and ¼ liter full

 

CAUTION:

  1. Clean equipment immediately after use with PU reducer.
  2. Mixed only enough paint that will be used because it will gel immediately esp. if the ambient temperature is high.
