TYPE
Olympic Fast Drying Enamel is an alkyd type low cost paint. It is noted for its gloss finish and fast drying.
 
USE
Use for exterior and interior wood and metal surfaces with proper priming.
 
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Surface to be painted should be clean and dry, free from dust, dirt and other foreign matter before painting. 
 
REPAINTING WORK
Surfaces to be repainted should be clean and dry. Defective wood should be repaired. Sand off old finishes of paint in good condition and then dust off before painting. Loosely adhering paint should be removed and primed before recoating. Remove rust films on metal by first wire-brushing then using Hudson Rust Converter #5015.
 
PAINTING SCHEDULE
New Wood: 1st coat : Olympic Fast Drying Enamel or Olympic Flatwall Enamel White #730 2nd Coat : Putty surface defects as required with Hudson Permalux Glazing putty White #311 3rd coat : Olympic Fast Drying Enamel New Metal: 1st coat : Choice of: Olympic Red Lead Primer #706 Olympic Metal Primer Red Oxide #707 2nd & 3rd coat : Olympic Fast Drying Enamel ( of desired shade ) 
 
APPLICATION
By brush, roller or spray.
 
THINNING
Use Splash Paint Thinner 
 
SPREADING RATE
15-20 square meters per 4-liter per coat. 
 
DRYING TIME
Dries in 5 to 6 hours. Allow overnight before re-coating.
 
PACKAGING
4 liter, 1liter, 1/2 liter and 1/4 liter cans.
 
CAUTION
Toxic and flammable. Keep away from fire and reach of children.
