TYPE
Hudson Lacquer Primer-Surfacer is a lacquer type primer with very good holdout properties that provides a firm foundation for following finish coats. 
 
USE
For metal and wood surfaces, i.e. cars, transportation vehicles, industrial, residential product finishing.
 
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface to be primed must be clean and dry, free from rust, oil, grease, dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Rough wood should be sanded and then dusted. 
 
PAINTING SCHEDULE
New Metal and Wood surfaces 1st coat : Hudson Lacquer Primer Surfacer #305. 2nd coat : Hudson Lacquer Spot Putty #306 as required. 3rd coat : Hudson Lacquer Primer Surfacer #305 on puttied areas. Topcoat : Hudson Automotive Lacquer #2300 or Lacquer Enamel #2200 as required. 
 
REPAINTING WORK
Remove defective paint. Old lacquer finish in bad condition should be stripped. Clean and dry prepared surfaces before finishing as indicated for 'New Metal or Wood'. If old lacquer finish is in good condition, sand and dust surface, then apply required finish coats of Hudson Automotive Lacquer or Hudson Lacquer Enamel.

Spray
 
SPREADING RATE
25-30 square meters per 4-liter per coat.
 
DRYING TIME
Set to touch in 15 minutes. Allow 30 minutes before sanding or re-coating.
