TYPE
Hudson Dinotex is an acrylic solvent based coating noted for film adhesion, hard coating and easy clean up.
 
USE
For new surfaces and previously painted exterior and interior masonry, wood and asbestos boards. It prevents seepage in masonry surfaces.
 
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface to be coated with Dinotex should be clean and dry, free from oil, grease, dust and other foreign matter. Putty any surface cracks with Dinotex Cast #5411 after first coat dries.
 
PAINTING SCHEDULE
Plain Finish: 1st coat : Hudson Dinotex Primer 2nd coat : Hudson Dinotex Putty (if necessary) 3rd& 4th coat : Hudson Dinotex Topcoat ( Flat, Semi-Gloss or Gloss Finish ) Textured Finish: Spray Hudson Dinotex Cast with spatter spray gun. Press the sprayed cast with a wooden roller into desired patterns within 10 to 15 minutes. Apply 2 coats of Hudson Dinotex Topcoat to the desired finish. 
 
REPAINTING WORK
Remove all loose, scaling and peeling old paint. Surfaces to be painted should always be clean and dry. Note: Do not use Hudson Dinotex paint over oil or alkyd based coatings. 
 
TINTING
Use Hudson Dinotex Tinting Colors with Hudson Dinotex Topcoat to produce light shades. Medium and deeptone colors should be mixed in our factory.
 
APPLICATION
Can be applied by brush or spray.
 
THINNING
Use Hudson Dinotex Reducer only.
 
SPREADING RATE
Plain : Hudson Dinotex Topcoat - 20-25 square meters per 4-liter can. Textured : Hudson Dinotex Cast - 4- 5 square meters per 4-liter can. : Hudson Dinotex Topcoat - 10-15 square meters per 4-liter can. 
 
DRYING TIME
Hudson Dinotex Cast - 15-30 min before rolling. Hudson Dinotex Primer - 15-30 min. Hudson Dinotex Topcoat - allow 2 hours before recoating.
