TYPE
Olympic Latex White is a polyvinyl-acetate based emulsion paint. It is odorless, non-flammable, good hiding and economical to use. 
 
USE
For interior concrete surfaces only. 
 
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Clean surface to be painted thoroughly. Treat masonry with Hudson Masonry Neutralizer #44. Allow overnight to dry. Dust off any salt like particles formed on the surface prior to painting.
 
PAINTING SCHEDULE
New Masonry: 1st coat : Olympic Latex White #700. 2nd coat : Putty minor cracks with a viscous mixture of Olympic Latex White and Centro Patching compound. 3rd & 4th coat : Olympic Latex White #700. Old masonry: Old latex paint in Good Condition - 2 coats of Olympic Latex White #700. Chalky Paint film - Strip off loosely adhering paint. Apply 2 coats Olympic Latex White #700. 
 
REPAINTING WORK
Exterior wood to be painted should be sanded, cleaned, free from dust and other foreign matter. Old paint that is loosely adhering should be removed and repaired. Apply 2 coats of Olympic Exterior White.
 
THINNING
Use as supplied if possible. If thinning is required, use water.
 
APPLICATION
Brush or Roller. 
 
SPREADING RATE
15-20 square meters per 4-liters.
 
DRING TIME
20-25 minutes. Allow 1 hour before re-coating.
