REDUCTION = 1 part of catalyzed paint with 0.75 part of  M-STREET WARRIOR PU REDUCER or 75% by volume
 
DRYING TIME 
(TOUCH FREE) = 5 minutes @ 30-35OC
(SANDABLE/RECOAT) = 30-45 minutes @ 30-35OC
 
POTLIFE = within 8 hours working day
SHELF LIFE = 5 years
COAT = 2-3 coats

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Metal Preparations
1. Clean the metal substrate surface free from foreign materials like dirt, dust, oil and rust. If metal surface has been primed with Wash Primer, do not sand. If the metal surface has been puttied, sand thoroughly. If metal has been primed with epoxy primer.


APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Primer Application
1. Mix 3 parts M-STREET WARRIOR PU PRIMER SURFACER to 1 part M-STREET WARRIOR PRIMER SURFACER PU CATALYST by volume.
2. Reduced mixed paint with M-STREET WARRIOR PU THINNER (Ratio of 1:0.75) by volume.
3. Apply 2-3 coats (30-50 microns). Let dry for 30-45 minutes, sand before re-coating or applying basecoat.
