TYPE
Hudson PolyUrethane Tile-Kote is a two component urethane finish with excellent color and gloss stability. It is resistant to chemicals, waterproof and is a self-sanitizing coating.
 
USE
Developed for quality painting of wood, concrete, asbestos, cement and other masonry surfaces. Recommended for industrial, bathroom walls and similar surfaces for household use.
 
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface to be painted should be clean and dry, free from dust, dirt and other foreign matter. New concrete need not be neutralized. Surface should be dry before application of primer.
 
REPAINTING WORK
Remove loose, chalky and scaling paint using any suitable mechanical or power cleaning means. Use the Tape test over cleaned areas to check adhesion. Roughen the smooth surface with sand paper to promote adhesion of the paint. Do not apply Hudson Tile-Kote over alkyd coatings. Surfaces with mold or fungus infestation should be treated with Hudson Fungicidal Wash prior to painting. Let stand for at least 1 hour. Brush off powdery-reacted residue and clean surface throughly.
 
PAINTING SCHEDULE
1st coat : Hudson Clear Penetration Primer #5900. 2nd & 3rd coat : Hudson PolyUrethane Tile-Kote. 
 
TINTING
Use Anzahl Tinting Colors for light shades. Medium to Deeptones should be mixed at the factory.
 
MIXING
This product is a 2-component system. Mix 7 parts of Hudson Tile-Kote with 1 part catalyst. Mix only enough paint for 5 hours work.
 
APPLICATION
By brush or spray. 
 
THINNING
Use Hudson PU Reducer 22020. 
 
SPREADING RATE
20-25 square meters per 4-liters.
 
DRYING TIME
Allow 8 hours before re-coat. 
 
PACKAGING
Base: 4liter can (content: 3.5lt ) Catalyst: 1/2lliter full Base: 1 liter can (content: 875 ml) Catalyst: 1/4liter can (half full) 
 
CAUTION
Clean equipment immediately after use with Hudson PU Reducer #22020. Hudson Polyurethane Catalyst is reactive to moisture. Keep containers tightly closed at all times. Always keep working area properly ventilated. Highly flammable. Keep away from sparks and open flames.
